Master-planned = Masterful Living

Reunion was established in 2002 by Shea Homes and is already home to over 1,500 families. The name Reunion was chosen to represent a deep appreciation for the past, a sense of wonder about the future, and a commitment to living every moment to the fullest. From day-one Reunion’s masterplan was carefully designed to thoughtfully incorporate the best of urban and suburban living with a variety of architecture and all the amenities that make for masterful living. Reunion includes nearly 1,600 acres of residential development and over 900 acres of mixed-use and commercial development, together with schools, parks, trails, and other recreational amenities.

The 2,500-acre community is located along 104th Avenue near E-470 in the northeast Denver Metro area. The high plains location offers great vistas of the Front Range and is just north of the Rocky Mountain Arsenal National Wildlife Refuge, south of Barr Lake State Park, and a convenient 15 minute drive to Denver International Airport (DIA). Easy access to E-470, I-76, and Highways 2 and 85 puts Reunion in a prime location to take advantage of downtown Denver and the Boulder corridor.

Reunion is in the Brighton 27-J School District. The mission of the Brighton School District is to provide students with the knowledge and skills needed for present and future competence and success. Landmark Academy at Reunion, a charter public school, offers a high-quality elementary school education with a special focus on individual values and responsibility. Two additional sites for future schools have been reserved within the community.
